Mark Freier serves as Chief Trust Builder with Leaders Laboratory and is a personal and executive coach specializing in personal development. He works with CEOs and leadership teams to help people develop their strengths and become transformational leaders, thereby contributing positively to a healthy culture.
Believing people can make a unique contribution to our world, Mark invites people to transform from the inside-out and supports them in reaching their fullest potential.
A Masters of Divinity provides a solid foundation for him as an accomplished teacher, writing curricula and teaching transformational principles for more than 25 years. This experience has given Mark depth and credibility in creating environments where he invites individuals to life-change in personal coaching sessions, as well as inspiring and challenging groups of people in creative learning sessions for educators, corporate workgroups, business owners, nonprofit leaders, students at Central Michigan University, and now as an adjunct professor at Cleary University.
As a student of leadership and personal development, Mark has developed processes that use best-practice tools from leaders and educators in the areas of:
- Playing to Your Strengths (Gallup and Marcus Buckingham)
- Transformational Leadership (Robert E. Quinn)
- The Behaviors of a Healthy Team (Patrick Lencioni)
- Trust (Stephen M.R. Covey)
His teaching is backed by experience as a senior leader in churches and as a general manager of a conference center. He has adopted Ken Blanchard’s view that, “in today’s changing world, people are looking for principles and philosophies that actually work.”
